Martin’s Fantasy Island Donation Policy

Martin’s Fantasy Island takes great pride in being a community partner by donating to hundreds of fundraisers in Western New York each year. We are pleased to assist qualified organizations with their fundraising efforts with a once-a-year donation of two Martin’s Fantasy Island admission tickets.

At this time, Martin’s Fantasy Island is limiting all donations to current business customers and strategically identified partners.  Donation requests must be received in writing; requests will not be taken over the phone. 

Unfortunately, due to the large amount of requests we receive each year, we are not able to fulfill them all, and we don’t want to be unfair in favoring one group over another. While we are continuing to support those organizations that we have supported in the past, we have developed the following guidelines in an effort to serve as many organizations as possible.

To be considered for a donation, your request must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date. If the request is received later than 4 weeks before the event, we will have to decline participation.

Donation requests can be submitted via mail or fax. We do not accept requests via telephone.

Write up your request on your organization’s letterhead, including:

  • The date of the event
  • Purpose of the event
  • A name, address, e-mail, and daytime phone number of the contact person for this request (please make sure this information can be read clearly)

If your donation request is approved, tickets will be sent via USPS to the address provided. Approved requests will be sent out no earlier than two weeks before your event date. Tickets issued are valid during the current calendar year only. No extensions will be granted. Lost, stolen, expired tickets are not eligible for replacement or exchange.

Due to the high volume of requests, we are sorry, but we cannot confirm receipt of letters, provide the status of a request, or respond to declined requests.
